Reset your PIN
If you can't remember your PIN, you can reset it with the same phone number you used to register.
Reset steps
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot PIN.
- Enter your phone number (the one tied to your FARMIS account).
- Tap Send code. You'll get a one-time SMS code.
- Enter the code.
- Choose a new PIN and re-enter to confirm.
- Sign in with your new PIN.
Pick a safer PIN
- Avoid
0000,1234, and your birth year. - Don't use the last four digits of your phone number.
- Use a number only you would know — but one you can remember without writing down.
If you no longer have the registered number
You need access to the SMS for the registered number to reset the PIN. If you've lost that SIM:
- Recover the SIM from your network provider where possible.
- If that's not possible, contact FARMIS support via Profile → Help & support from a friend's device, or use the contact form on the FARMIS website.
