Register and sign in

FARMIS uses your phone number and a PIN instead of an email and password. The number must be able to receive an SMS for verification.

Register

1. Open FARMIS from your home screen.
2. On the welcome screen, tap Sign up (or Create account).
3. Enter your phone number in PNG format (for example +675 7XXX XXXX). Double-check it — the verification code is sent here.
4. Tap Send code. An SMS with a 4–6 digit one-time code arrives within a minute or two.
5. Enter the code into the app.
6. Create a PIN you can remember but is hard to guess. Avoid 0000, 1234, or your birth year. Re-enter to confirm.
7. Fill in your profile — name, location (province / district / nearest market), and the crops you grow.
8. Tap Finish.

The more accurate your profile is, the more useful your advisories and market prices will be.

If the verification code does not arrive

• Wait about 60 seconds, then tap Resend code.
• Check that your phone has signal.
• Re-check the number you entered, including the +675 country code.
• Move to a place with better reception and try again.

Sign in

1. Open FARMIS.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Enter your PIN.
4. Tap Sign in.

After a successful sign-in you stay signed in on that phone until you sign out.

Sign out

1. Open the menu (top-left or bottom of the screen).
2. Tap Profile → Sign out.

Always sign out if you are using someone else's phone.
